08/11/2012 12:45:00 **SIP Trunk Outage**

Our suppliers have confirmed that they are currently experiencing a major network outage affecting their SIP platform. We don’t have a clear indication whether or not all trunks are affected, but please bear with us and we’ll provide updates as soon as possible.

Update 13:20

The main service impact is on IPDC customers with single connections in London and for some of the few customers that have resilient connections where both IPDC interconnects are in London. Our Engineers have isolated what we believe to be the root cause and are working on restoring service as soon as possible We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our Engineers have identified the cause of the service issues and impacted services are now returning to normal.
